The Stan’s Original DART Tool redefines on-trail and roadside tubeless repair. Originally launched in 2019 as the first plug system designed specifically for tubeless bicycle tires, the 2025 rerelease brings key upgrades — including a stainless steel insertion rod and an improved DART plug material — for faster, more reliable puncture fixes.

Unlike traditional tire plugs, the DART’s laser-cut, flexible woven material conforms perfectly to irregular puncture shapes caused by sharp debris. Once inserted, its reactive coating bonds instantly with Stan’s sealant, creating a permanent airtight seal — both chemical and mechanical — for punctures too large for sealant alone.
